Staying Well on CNN: Cardio at the Movies

Cardio Cinema: Staying Well on CNN

I was recently interviewed for the CNN Staying Well series, discussing how a trip to the gym could involve a longer workout, with a fun favorite pastime.

As I shared in the interview, cardio cinema is watching a movie while you do low impact exercise. The benefit of pairing a movie with fitness equipment is that it offers another way to distract you while you are working out. Cardio cinema can increase endurance because chances are you are going to do it longer. You’re going to want to see what happens in the movie!
