MPFL Reconstruction and TTO Questions

Joseph's Story - MPFL reconstruction and TTO questions

I’ve had quite a few questions lately on my videos about medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction and tibial tubercle osteotomy surgery.

What often happens is people have had one surgery or the other (or both) and they’re looking for information about what to expect after surgery, when they will regain range of motion, and a positive story during their own recovery. My YouTube channel has these questions and answers available. While I can’t provide specific medical advice based only on a YouTube comment, I can reassure you about typical recovery timelines and the healing process.

I’m re-sharing Joseph’s story about his own MPFL and TTO surgery today as one of those great recovery stories.
